Services listed below are available for either in-person or online counselling in Manitoba
Individual Counselling
$120 + GST
I want you to feel seen, understood, and supported. You deserve to have a safe space where you can process life's challenges.
For youth/family counselling (ages 14-18), services are $125.00 + GST.
Couples Counselling
$140 + GST
I help couples strengthen their emotional connection, build trust, and cultivate positive relationship patterns.
I use the Gottman Method, attachment theory, and emotion-focused work in these sessions.

Depending on your therapeutic goals and desired outcomes, the counselling process is uniquely tailored to each individual. These are a few examples of what someone's journey can realistically look like, but ultimately, the timeline is flexible and accommodating to what you need.
SESSIONS 1 - 3
- Establishing a therapeutic relationship
- Going over your current concerns and history
- Setting goals and finding themes
- Building trust and safety
- Coping tools to reduce intensity of symptoms
SESSIONS 4 - 12
- Working with nervous system regulation
- Gaining insight into experiences
- Understanding attachment wounds and needs
- Breaking unhelpful narratives, negative thinking patterns, unhealthy coping strategies and practicing effective new tools instead
- Improving the relationship with yourself and others to better serve you throughout life
SESSIONS 13 +
- Trauma processing (childhood + adulthood)
- Working with internal parts and attachment strategies that strive to protect you
- Changing long-term behaviours
- Developing new neural pathways
- Deeper work around nervous system regulation
- Continuing the integration of new skills and helpful patterns into the routines of life
