I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University. The therapy that I offer is person-centred, emotion-focused, trauma-informed, and intertwines both attachment theory and parts work.
I am trained in Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Level 1 Observed Experiential Therapy.
I love spending time in the outdoors, especially when I'm riding my bike. My purpose and strength are grounded in my faith, and I enjoy gardening, cooking, and spending time with my family. I am married to a wonderful man from Ontario and we live here in Steinbach, Manitoba. My colleagues often describe me as warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
